Processing & Shipping

Cancellation

Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email.  To cancel an order please email us at contact@trapclout.com.  Once you have received a tracking number you will be unable to cancel your order.

Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes.  So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, & include the correct address and email.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped.  Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping

All USA orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or Fedex. All international orders are shipped via UPS, Fedex or DHL. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery. Please use signature service if you do not wish to leave your package unattended at your front door. We are not responsible for any lost packages if you do not request signature service. Please reach out to us if this is the case and we will file a claim on your behalf. International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. All California residents will incur sales tax as set by the State of California and/or the County to which your delivery will be shipped. Return & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be in resaleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. All monogrammed, personalized, vintage, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

TRAPCLOUT will not issue credits or refunds for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale. Orders placed at retail price, will have any refund option available, while those purchasing at a sale price are considered final sale. All processed orders shipped before the start of any sale, will not be subject for a refund for items at their discounted price.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend return shipments be sent with a shipping carrier that offers tracking service such as USPS, UPS, Fedex. Please note: The amount refunded excludes any outbound shipping paid on the original purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected by TRAPCLOUT's Returns Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.
Depending on your credit company or bank , it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.
